Coverage has been excellent and my hair feels wonderful! We moved recently and the water here's extremely hard, and I've noticed the colour seems to fade faster than it did at the old house. is there anything to that, or am I imagining it? Would a filtered shower head help?

I'm impressed with how easy it is and the lack of harsh chemicals. Coverage is very good, maybe 85%. The bottle design is nice too. Only small issue is the herbal scent is a bit strong for my preference at first but it fades quickly.

Coverage on my grey is complete after 6 bumps and the conditioning claim holds up!! The scent is stronger than I'd choose but that's minor
The result when I get there's very good and I'd not go back to what I was using. My criticism is with the marketing rather than the product... complete coverage in a single 15 minute wash has never once been true for me, it needs more than 15 minutes, and I'm not unusually grey... setting that expectation and missing it sours what's otherwise a strong prroduct.
I'll start with what works because I don't want this to reda as a hatchet job. The coverage is real... My grey is at the temples and through the front it's genuinely gone... The conditioning claim also holds up, my hair is softer than it was. I'd buy it again... Now the prblems. First, the 15min on the page isn't true for everybody. It is 25min minimum for me. that claim is generating disappoontment you don't need... The usage instructions needs to be more detailed. How much product, how often to repeat, what to do about resistant patches. All of that I worked out by trial and error over 3 weeks. Write a proper instruction card and this is a five star product.
I've been using this for about six weeks now and the coverage itself is very good. my roots blend properly and nobody at work has said anything except that I look well, which is exactly what I wanted.
I really like this product! The results I’ve gotten have been very good by far the best product I’ve ever tried. I do have one question though: will there ever be a travel-size version available? Other than that, I have no complaints. Great product!

The color result is very good, covered everything on the first try and looks natural. But I had a bit of a scalp reaction after the second try so I've stopped using it. It works, but might not me.
This is going to be long because I want to give a complete picture rather than a slogan. I've been using this since the end of May and I'd not go back. The short version is that it works, my hair is in better condition, and I've saved a considerable amount of money and time. The longer version has a wrinkle in it that I think people should know about, and I want to be clear at the outset that it hasn't stopped me using the product and it hasn't cost it a star. My hair is about half grey, mostly through the front sections, and I'm 49. I had been coloring myself every 4 weeks for 6 years and my hair had reached the point where my hairdresser was refusing to do anything with it until I stopped. So, five stars.
courier marked my parcel delivered and it wasn't! I don't know if that is Pearwood's fault. They reshipped anyway, next day, and told me not to worry about it if the first one turned up... It did turn up 6 days later, and they told me to keep both. I'll be a customer for a long time on the back of that.
I have fine hair that has been through years of color and it doesn't tolerate much... This is the first coverage product that hasn't left it feeling stripped... The grey is handled, the texture is softer than before I started the scent is herbal and quite strong in the shower but it fades within an hour. I will keep buying it...
Coverage is complete across my front section and about ninety percent through the back where I'm less careful with application. Hair condition is good. There isn't much more to ask of a product than that it keeps doing the same thing.
I'm not great with this stuff, and I asked the same question about three times in different ways. ?? Their customer support answered patient and explained it again each time. My daughter placed the order, but the answers were what convinced me... the colour is lovely and I've had no issues with my scalp!

Worth saying for anyone with hair like mine, which is coarse and dense. A lot of these products do very little on mine. This one worked, though it took four applications rather than one and I use more product than expected！ Coverage across the temples is complete now with a weekly top up. Bottle life is shorter for me because of the quantity, maybe 7 washes. Still worth it!!

The product is fine, not the miracle the page describs, I need to use it for about 35 mins to fully cover and it needs redoing weekly. what lifts this to four stars is that when I said so they didn't argue, but explained the reason and advised longer
This is working well on the dark brown but I am wondering whether black would suit me better as I go greyer.
Worth a considered 3 stars. On my salt and pepper sections it's excellent, complete and natural looking. On the fully white patch at my right teemple it does very little, maybe a 20% difference after 2 applications. I've made peace with that and part my hair differently now. Someone with mostly white hair should know this before spending $49. Someone like me with mixed gery wiill probably be pleased.
The time saved worth more than the money saved. Coverage on my greys is complete, the tone matches my natural shade closely enough that nobody has asked, and my scalp has been fine throughout! I did a patch test first because I'm cautious, no reaction! Very glad I tried it.
