A. Special Populations & Contact Restrictions
● Adult Use Only : This product is intended for adult use only. Keep out of reach of children.
● Pregnancy & Nursing : If you are pregnant or nursing, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional before use.
● Facial Area Prohibition : Strictly prohibited for dyeing eyelashes or eyebrows. Doing so may cause severe eye irritation or blindness.
● Do Not Ingest : For external use only. If accidentally ingested, seek medical attention immediately.
B. Allergy & Health Risks
● Mandatory Patch Test : A patch test must be performed 24-48 hours before the first full-head application. Even if you have previously used this or other hair dye products, a new test is required before every use.
● Scalp Health Restrictions : Do not use if your scalp has wounds, redness, swelling, inflammation, sensitivity, or signs of abnormal hair loss.
● Emergency Response : If you experience severe itching, burning, or a rash during use, rinse immediately and discontinue use. If symptoms persist, seek medical attention promptly.
● Chemical Treatment Interval : Wait at least 14 days after bleaching, perming, or relaxing hair before using this product. Do not scratch or vigorously brush the scalp for 3 days before dyeing.
● Allergy History : Do not use if you have ever experienced an allergic reaction to hair dye products.
C. Usage Restrictions
● Application Principle : Applying to dry hair provides the best color results. It can also be used on wet hair, though this may affect the color payoff.
● Do Not Mix : Strictly prohibited to mix this product with regular shampoo, conditioner, or other brands' hair dye products.
● Strand Test for Treated Hair : Hair that has been permed, straightened, or chemically treated must undergo a strand test before full application.
● Timing : Recommended leave-on time is 15-30 minutes. Adjust time based on hair condition: reduce time for damaged hair, and extend appropriately for healthy or coarse hair.
D. Skin & Environment Stain Prevention
● Facial Barrier : Apply a thin layer of petroleum jelly (Vaseline) along your hairline, forehead, and behind your ears to create a protective barrier is recommended.
● Surface Stain Prevention : If the product splashes onto sinks, bathtubs, or other surfaces, it must be wiped clean as soon as possible.
● Clothing Protection : Wearing old clothing or using a waterproof cape to protect your clothes is recommended.
E. Storage & Handling
● Storage Conditions : Seal tightly immediately after use to minimize air exposure. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and high temperatures. Keep out of reach of children.
Patch Test Procedure
A patch test must be performed 24-48 hours before the first full-head application. Even if you have previously used this or other hair dye products, a new test is recommended before every use.
1. Clean: Clean a small area of skin behind your ear or on the inner fold of your elbow with mild soap and water. Pat dry.
2. Apply: Apply a small amount of the shampoo to the cleaned area (coin-sized) using a cotton swab. Allow it to dry naturally.
3. Wait: Leave it uncovered and undisturbed for 24-48 hours. Do not wash, cover, or touch the test area.
4. Observe: If you experience ANY itching, redness, swelling, or burning during this period, wash off immediately and DO NOT USE the product. You may contact us as soon as possible.
